What I liked
The 1 1/2 hour wait to see the assessment doctor and the quickness of going to x-ray, 6pm till 8.30pm start to finish
What could be improved
The missplacing of my paperwork so i never got seen to till 11.30pm. The unapologetic attitude of the doctors for the wait, my fractured elbow was stuffed in to a sling and was given some pain killers that woul have knocked out an elephant.
Anything else?
Oh yes even though i was in a lot of pain the 3 kids with head injuries where more important than a stupid woman with a sniff, and please get the staff to stop talking about what coffee they where drinking and start seeing the patiants. I don't belive that i was give fair treatment even though i was tired and in quite a bad mood even though i was never rude to any member of staff.
