I never normally leave reviews but I feel that these guys need a big up thank you!

The staff working on March 30th were incredible, the receptionist were very kind and helped me out with fitting me into an appointment after missing my own. And then the doctor was the most informative doctor I've ever had. The doctor went way beyond what I expected and really helped me to understand the issue and the procedure to follow.

Thank you very much and I hope that this thank you reaches you. The NHS needs more people like you!

Thank you for your kind feedback; this has been passed on to all the staff involved in your care. The reception staff at Poole NHS Healthcare Centre work closely with our clinicians to deliver the best service they can. The Doctor involved was one of our Lead Podiatrists who has specialist skills in the biomechanics of the foot. The biomechanics team assess people to provide advice on the correct functioning of the foot and ankle. Our service staff work hard to ensure excellent patient care and a positive experience for all those accessing the service so we are really pleased to hear that this has been achieved.
