"A big thank you"

About: Manchester Royal Infirmary

Over the past few months I've spent a lot of time in and out of MRI for suicide attempts, and I'd like to express my sincerest thanks to a particular two members of staff who were the first people in my ongoing 4 years of mental health treatment who were kind and understanding. It meant so much to me and ultimately saved my life. Is it at all possible to forward my thanks to individuals? If not, I'll just express my thanks via this comment. Thank you so much.

Thank you for taking the time to post your kind comments on the NHS Choices Website. We were pleased to read that our staff in the A&E Department at Manchester Royal Infirmary treated you with compassion and provided you with care that was right for you. It is always good to receive feedback which highlights the hard work and understanding of our staff. We will pass your feedback on to the Operations Manager of the A&E Department so that it can be shared with the wider staff. If you would like information about the individual staff members that cared for you, please contact the PALS Team on pals@cmft.nhs.uk.
