When you ring reception, state the ward/gate.....get put through to wrong ward (complete opposite of what I want). Do the reception staff just transfer calls to where the they like within the trust?
No one seems to answer the phone at Pinderfields even when you do get put somewhere in the system....
"Just let the phone ring!"
