"the care I received from all levels of staff..."

About: Lincoln County Hospital

I was a patient on Branston Ward from 21st March to 23rd March I can not praise the staff enough for the care I received, beginning with my consultant and all their theater staff to all the staff on the ward especially a staff nurse who was on day duty throughout my stay. I was very impressed by the Ward sister who had been off duty for most of my stay but on their return to work they spoke individually to every patient asked them how they were and if they were happy with the care they were receiving, the staff nurse was" a ray of sunshine" Night staff were excellent and efficient very friendly and knowledgeable.

the cleaning staff and people who served the meals were always happy and I looked forward to seeing them.

feel I was well cared for throughout my stay. I am a qualified nurse with over 40 years experience The only down side to my experience with the hospital was my pre assessment the nurse who did my pre assessment was not very plesent, at times abrupt almost to the point of being rude, which did not encourage to a patient in the hospital However the wonderful care I received on Branston Ward made up for everything. I do hope you will pass my comments on to all the staff on Branston Ward
