I called this "Urgent Care Walk In Centre" at 9am and was rudely told that they didn't have any appointments and I would have call back back in the morning at 8am to get an appointment at 4;30pm in the following day. I asked whether I could have that appointment slot and I was told like a machine the same quote as before and hung up on! What is going on with NHS?
