What I liked

The doctor who looked after me was friendly, kind, caring and very informative.

What could be improved

I was in hospital for 3 days and was moved 3 times during my stay.

Anything else?

I feel great empathy for the nurses who are running around like headless chickens due to the overall number of patients to nurses ratio. On my ward there were 12 patients and only 1 nurse!!!! I would never blame or complain about the nurses for my lack of care, this is the responsibility of the hospital management team who care more about targets and budgets than about the treatment and care of patients.

Overall the nurses did a great job in very difficult circumstances.
