Response from Archibold Chaurura, Ward Manager, West London Mental Health NHS Trust We are preparing to make a change

Thank you for your feedback. I am really sorry that this is how you feel about your time with our service. We always endeavour to provide good care for all our service users and also listening to their concerns. My staff also strive to answer any questions regarding each patient's care and treatment so that the patient feels engaged and involved in his care and treatment. Every patient has a primary nurse who works closely with the allocated patient to meet his needs. Additionally, weekly ward reviews are a good oportunity for patients to raise their concerns and worries to the MDT.
