"Staff didn't turn me away when i arrived on the wrong day"

About: Ladybrook Children's Centre

(as a parent/guardian),

I went to children’s centre at Ladybrooke on the wrong day, but the staff didn’t turn me away they put me and my kids on is 2 years old one is one-year-old. I was very grateful for all they have done

I was really pleased to hear about this, and the response that you got from the team, especially Clare. I was aware that you turned up the day after, for the 2 year party. However I was pleased to find out that Clare made you feel welcome, spent some time with you and even dressed up as a minion, as your children had been looking forward to this. Hopefully we will see you at a future group or event.
