Ithought the eye clinic was an absolute joke.
Doctor never turned up till 10: 30. They then proceeded to walk around the department looking for something. There was only one doctor instead of two. People have been waiting for over two hours just to see the doctor this is unacceptable.
"People were waiting over two hours to see a doctor"
