I have had experiences with many dental practices in Nottingham and was generally dissatisfied by the service I received. It was not until I was introduced to Hyson Green (Mary porter-dental unit) that the health of my teeth improved. Right from the beginning I found the staff welcoming and reassuring. Kiren the receptionist is very efficient in the manner she works. I have not experienced any delays of any kind when dealing with Kiren. She is extremely helpful and polite. The dental nurse Sarah H is just amazing. She is gifted with a natural smile and is a great source of reassurance. I wish all dental nurses could learn how to treat patients like Sarah does. The dentist herself Ikhal is outstanding! She sorted all my problems with my teeth and gums. Now I have strong healthy teeth and a lovely smile. The team is just amazing. They deserve recognition for the wonderful job

We are very pleased that you have received excellent dental treatment when visiting our dental clinic at the Mary Potter Centre, and that you have strong healthy teeth and a lovely smile. It is also very good to know that you found Ikbal, Sarah & Kiren all helpful and polite.

The team work extremely hard to ensure that every patient's journey from Reception to Surgery is a good one and that patients are put at their ease during what can be a very anxious time for them.

Thank you so much for taking the time to tell us your story and for your kind comments. We will ensure that this is passed on to all the dental team at Mary Potter Centre.
