About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - Queen's Medical Centre Campus

Today I want to thank a member of staff for assisting me in obtaining a much needed appointment. The front staff take a lot of the patient disappointment when the underlying issues are with systems devised by those not in the front line.
