What I liked

I was sent an appointment for 1410 hrs yesterday.

I was called from the Waiting Room at 1408 hrs.

I was driving away from the Car Park at 1430 hrs.

Having spent hours in hospital waiting rooms in the past, this was a superb experience.

What could be improved

Nothing. Although the building chaos must be a trial to live with, everyone from the Reception staff to the doctor and his staff, were polite, attentive and efficient.

Anything else?

Whoever has achieved this level of care and proficiency is to be most warmly congratulated.
