I visited Lister on Saturday 26/3 for a flexible sigmoidoscopy.
I would like to say that I found the staff absolutely wonderful. I was very nervous, but my nurse could not have made me feel more comfortable, relaxed or informed about what was going to happen.
The nurse is a truly wonderful nurse.
The doctor who did my procedure made me feel extremely comfortable and relaxed when I should really have felt quite awkward (or maybe it was the drugs!!) - only kidding.
The doctor explained everything in terms I could understand and no question was too much trouble.
What wonderful staff the Lister have. I was so nevous, thank you for everything you did to help me x Emma C
