"Excellent care from the Fracture Clinic"

Visited the Fracture Clinic with my wife following a fractured wrist some five weeks ago.

Although running a little late, we were kept informed about the reasons.

We understood completely the need to give each patient the necessary time and that this can be somewhat unpredictable. We had allowed for this.

The doctor was welcoming and informative.

The doctor had clearly read my notes in detail prior the consultation and involved me at every stage in the decision-making process.

I left the consultation feeling extremely confident that I was receiving first class care and I am now looking at the best possible outcome.

My thanks to all the staff concerned, particularly the Consultant.
