"Pleased with care for breast assessment"

I was called for further tests following a mammogram. Thankfully the outcome was good so my story is really to give feedback on the staff at the Breast Screening Unit at Edgware Community Hospital.

From the moment I entered the building the staff were very friendly and put me at my ease. Everyone introduced themselves and explained what would happen, what they were doing and why. They were efficient without being officious. I could not fault anything and what could have been a difficult scenario was a very positive one. THANK YOU!
