"Rude staff nurse"

We had gone to visit our gran at bronte tower floor 3 ward 2 absolutely waste of time. The visiting times were 9 in the morning til 10 in afternoon the nurse had pointed out only 2 people are allowed in to see her fair point we had come to the hospital for 9. It was about 9.45 I was the last person to go meet her an the nurse in charge never opened the door for me an told me we wernt allowed. But then again let in 2 other people go an meet their family I felt like I was treated differently she was talking in a high time of voice. I thought I had a right to pass on how I felt
