"Urologist staff shocking!"

About: Darent Valley Hospital

I went a and e last November as I was in agony with a burning pain in my abnormal area and had bladder pain I I waited in a and e and when I saw the doctor was told there is nothing they can do! And to just take tramadol! I was in agony and it was only when I refused to leave they admitted me . The nurses were very lovely but the urologist team where shocking telling me to drink more water because I'm probably stressed! I'm a young girl in absulate agony which started after a water infection and the pain never went away it is now chronic pain the urologist had no interest in doing any test to look for what was causing the pain they just wanted me out the hospital this pain had been life changing for me and my quality of life is now poor I felt like the urologist didn't even want to try and help me at one point I got shouted out because they said they have more important patients to see absulate disgusting staff do not care about patients in the slightest if they can't see a visual illness they don't want to investigate I'm very certain I have ic cystitis as I have all the symptoms but I just got dismissed when I mentioned this all they seem to want to do is mask your pain with drugs and send you home they decided to diagnose me with fowlers disease which I have none of the symptoms of and am not retaining water at all since I had my uretha dilated , shocking and disgusting experience advise anything be to not go to this hospital
