"Made to wait while staff eat dinner then chat..."

Sat waiting in minor injuries unit while we could hear the staff eating their tea then when finished we heard someone walk round far enough to see we were sat waiting then went back round the corner then left sat while they made a phone call, been waiting 20min already and not been seen in an empty department
