I came to Trehafod seeking help for my anxiety. I was supposed to have therapy one day, every week. But that did not happen. I was left without therapy for weeks, sometimes months. My therapist never answers the phone, so I can't even talk to her. What if it was important? I feel very neglected. I haven't made any progress and it's been a very long time since my first session. If anything, I'm worse. When I did have therapy it wasn't much help at all. I don't know why I bothered going there in the first place.

I am sorry to hear that your experience of our service has not been a positive one. The Patient Experience Team would like to support you with this issue, to enable us to do this we will need more detail which will help us look at the services you are currently experiencing difficulty accessing and how we can improve this for you.
