About: Watford General Hospital

I've only ever heard negative points about Watford General so was a little gutted when I had to visit their A&E. I was seen by the triage nurse within half an hour who noticed my high temperature and erratic heartbeat and had me moved to a ward straight away. I was set up with fluids and pain relief and the staff really couldn't have done enough for me. They continued to treat my symptoms and i began to feel much better. When they couldn't solve my ultimate problem, because their ENT doctors don't work during the nights, they transferred me to another hospital and had an ambulance escort me. I know that this wasn't the experience that other people had that night but I'm so grateful to the staff for doing so much to help me.
