About: University Hospital Monklands / Emergency Department University Hospital Monklands / Respiratory Medicine (Ward 17)

(as the patient),

I attended monklands A&E department due to an asthma attack. I was seen and treated very quickly and professionally, and the care provided was excellent. They kept me updated on what was going on at all times, and were all very friendly.

I was then admitted to ERU for 24 hours and the care and attention I received here was second to none. The staff could not have been friendlier or more willing to help. Nothing was ever a bother to them, regardless of how busy they were.
