Found the Well Now, Highland course on a local web site, went along found it very welcoming and have learnt a lot above sensible, healthy eating and body image, being able to talk with others going through the same problems with food has helped. Since the course I have not put on any weight and I am not on a diet. Hope to continue with healthy living.
