What I liked

I recently spent 10 days on Ward 72 following head and neck surgery. I cannot speak highly enough of all the staff - nurses, specialists and HCAs. Nurses/HCAs were obviously very busy most of the time but treated everyone not just in a professional manner but with genuine kindness and respect. I had a difficult couple of days while I was there and felt very safe and reassured in their care.

What could be improved

Nothing really. Extra staff could be useful at times but this probably isn't realistic in the current climate. Although the building is showing its age it was fine, the small number of beds in each bay was very welcome.
