Not impressed at a 5 hour wait!
Also not impressed with the car parking!
On returning to work I actually praised the clinic saying that parking was free, however my colleagues said that wasn't the case as all cars entering the car park have to be registered at a machine in reception?
I didn't notice it.
I phoned reception and they said I would definitely receive a fine and there was nothing they could do, especially as the car park is run by a private company.
Also surprised at the location, not the easiest for say Brentwood residents who do not have personal transport.
A frustrating experience which leaves me dumbfounded as to how in the 21st century we can't provide an efficient and convenient approach to seeking medical attention.
I cannot blame the staff as I'm sure they share similar frustrations, but I do blame the faceless civil servants that devise these strategies and policies for addressing our medical needs.
