I went to this appointment trying to have a open mind.at the pain management clinic

Let me explain. I had a appointment with a different clinic who I was so upset with as they were not listening to me and I felt so let down. I came away from there crying, so the appointment I had today I was heat up before I even went in there. I was called on time and spoke to a lovely nurse. They had time to talk to me and explain what the other clinic didn't. Why I had the pain and how they could help even saying that they could maybe get me more support from other people. They didn't rush me. Gave me eye contact and explain the medication and what it does. . I came away understanding so much more than I did from the last appointment. This has given me back my confidence about hospitals X thank u
