"Excellent Resuscitation Team/A&E Team/inpatient..."

About: South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust

After suffering an acute medical episode, I have nothing but praise for all the people that kept me safe, I am very lucky to have had very dedicated, compassionate and effective professionals by my side, when I needed them most. A huge thank you to my colleagues, who stayed with me and supported my family and their fast response in alerting the resuscitation team, who I now know took the lead to my safe transfer into A&E, your compassion and comfort made me feel safe as I was not fully aware of my surroundings.

A huge appreciation goes to the effective caring team in A&E, who kept me monitored and treated my symptoms immediately and my comfort I have been told was a priority. Thank you also to the staff in CT scanning I can remember you holding my hand and helping me relax. Lastly a warm thank you to the staff on Oken Ward, who delivered nothing but compassionate care, who also kept me monitored, protected my privacy and kept me and my family informed at all times.

Team SWFT, you should all feel very proud of yourselves, I'm sure at times this is difficult to appreciate in the pressures you work in, please give yourselves and your colleagues a huge hug and share the love you all deserve.
