What I liked
there was 2 nurses from a pain team they were brilliant they explained everything and when they said they were coming back to her they did and i was so grateful there was also 1 doctor who did the same
What could be improved
remove 50 per cent of staff and start again my daughter amited on thur to accident emergency with leg pains kept in on a ward near there there was no communication beetween doctors and nurses medicine prescribed never came on time my daughter shouting out in agony left on a bed pan for 15min as they forgot her when pan removed nurse just walked accross ward without covering it later she needed to use the pan again took over 1hour to get help.my daughter was told shes having an mri scan nobody nos when it should have been mon but there is no communication how hard is it to make an appointment for a scan and then tell the patient when it is.communication is none no one nos whats been said they go to find out and dont come back.
Anything else?
my daughter has never been in hospital before was very scared dosnt no whats wrong with her after 5 days has never left her children before who are aged 4 3 and 9months the standard of care is 3out of 10
