What I liked

WEll not much as the whole place is filthy! unfriendly staff

What could be improved

The staff could have been better trained ti be empathetic towards patients and not call the patients 'these'

Anything else?

I think they need better customer service skills I was shocked at how they could pretend you were not there at all at the reception desk in the fracture clinic when u were in fact stood right in front of them! it is called EYE CONTACT!
