"Easibook - not very easy"

Arrived on 21st March for pre operation assessment. There was no one on reception and someone was sitting down. After waiting for around 10 minutes and listening to the staff gossiping and giggling in the office behind, I asked the person how long they had been waiting. They informed me that they had got bored of waiting after 20 mins so had just sat down. This was a common occurrence with all other patients who followed, including an elderly man on crutches.

I then found out that they hadn't even got my notes ready so waited a further hour for these. I do not understand why they make appointments they cannot keep to. For what should have been a fairly quick appointment took 2 hours and cost me a lot in parking. Are they going to refund that? Nope, didn't think so.

Disgusting service where the ladies are more interested in gossiping than seeing to their patients needs.
