"Bad way of dealing with elderly and carer"

About: Doncaster Royal Infirmary / Older people's healthcare

(as a carer),

I went to pick up a person who I believed had finished his scan but when I went there, he was sitting quietly on his own, and have not done the scan, and nobody told him about the scan whether it was going to be done or not. There were three other patients BEFORE him, they arrived in the Doncaster hospital three days before him and they were treated well and they left early as they were told.

But the elderly person was left without communication from the staff, or any progress of the scan. I rang the hopital and they told me that his paper was misled and that he had to wait. I spoke to one nurse and she was scratching herself while I was talking to her. I believe this behaviour is inappropriate. This took place in Doncaster Royal Infimary Hospital today.

I think this matter is disgusting and it is not fair not to treat people the same.
