Thanks for your positive feedback. I am really pleased to hear about your improved self esteem, within STARS we appreciate recovery takes different people different time and that is why we work with people as individuals.

I hope you are accessing all the interventions we have on offer especially the group and recovery network, being around people in recovery can really support your journey.
