Thanks for your feedback. Its good to hear you have found your experience with STARS helpful. Remember STARS as lots to offer to support you staying abstinent both 1to1 and groups. We all have AA and SMART recovery running from our buildings if you would find these useful.

Keep focused on your recovery and keep trying, but remember a lapse doesn't need to turn into a relapse, keep talking and accessing STARS. All the best. Tracy
