(as a service user),

It has sort of helped, it does give me the tools for recovery. STARS has given me the choice to put the tools in to action or not! I have gone through a lot of emotions. I would like to thank all staff in general.

Thanks for your insightful feedback. You are right, we can make you aware of the recovery toolbox but can't make you use them, that's the hard work you must put into your recovery, but remember we are here every step of the way however long or difficult recovery journey gets.

I do concur we have a great team at STARS, and I will ensure your thanks are heard.

All the best with your recovery keep the tools on consciously on hand, you never know when a situation will arise where you will need them. Tracy.
