"Efficient hospital, caring staff"

My family has used Colchester hospital a number of times. My little girl was born there. My little son had an operation there. My husband has had support for an ongoing condition. And just recently, I've had several consultations and tests (x-ray, ultrsound, CT-scan, gastroscopy) resulting in a quick diagnosis. Not once have we encountered a poor reception. Every single member of staff has been kind, patient, helpful and efficient. Every test and procedure has been carried out with the utmost professionalism. My children have been treated impeccably. Even the waiting times have been vastly shorter than anticipated. So far, I cannot fault the treatment this hospital has provided and I feel exceptionally lucky that we receive all this treatment absolutely free, and, despite the unreleting challenges the NHS faces, it seems that the medical professionals we rely on do everything they can to ensure their patients remain as unaffected as possible. Thanks Colchester Hospital and NHS for tirelessly supporting those of us who could so easily take your services for granted.
