I recently underwent

Total Knee Replacement Surgery at this hospital. The care I received from entering the hospital to post discharge has been exemplary. For anyone who has not had the privilege of experiencing it all I can say is if you get a choice jump at the chance of being treated here.

On entering the hospital it is like entering a five star hotel, my own private room, your dedicated team of nursing staff, food which is piping hot, served on crockery, proper knives and forks with a fresh menu choice each day, all courtesy of the NHS.

I was consulted throughout my stay on medication I needed which was repeated every few hours and was kept informed as to what to expect post operation. I experienced no pain and was subsequently discharged the day after my operation. I have today, day 5 after discharge, received a call from one of the nurses to check if everything was OK.

If any Quality Care Staff read this please take time to visit as this is the standard of care all hospitals should be aiming for.
