I have been fortunate in that until today I have not had to visit an A and E department for very many years and was not looking forward to the experience because of the scare stories one hears.
Today I accompanied my husband to your hospital and I am pleased to say that I need not have worried.
The three members of staff I saw doctor, a London Ambulance Driver and another member of staff, were exceptional.
They were all knowledgeable,pleasant ,friendly and reassuring.
Please thank them for me.
The whole experience took less time than I expected.

Two queries
1) Why was the television screen behind the chairs..?
2) I thought the seatiing arrangement was rather strange
However neither of these posed a problem.
