"Disgusted by Reception/Office Staff"

Have had an appointment for this clinic ongoing since last year, they updated their computer system apparently which caused myself numerous problems of changed appointments through the choose and book scheme, due to this someone said they would sort the problems out and that led to me not having the facility to choose and book anymore!

So they made me an appointment for February but due to my illneses and the chronic pain, and immobility it causes to myself on an ongoing basis I had to cancel it.

I rang today because I have been chronically ill again (through no fault of my own) to rearrange my appointment which was for tomorrow only to be told because I have cancelled the February One and this March One I can no longer have the appointment and I will have to be referred again! I have rung in plenty of time for my cancelled appointment to be offered to someone else, so what is their problem! Also I have not taken kindly to have my choose and book facility taken off of me for this clinic by the reception staff, their professionalism leaves a lot to be desired.

Surely if they deal with chronic pain management they should adopt a more caring approach to each individuals illnesses and make time for when they are well enough to attend!
