"Friendly and efficient hospital"

From the first time I visited this hospital, I found all staff, from the reception staff to the consultant to be very friendly and efficient.

Appointment times were adhered to, minimal waiting time.

Throughout all appointments, everything was explained to me clearly, in plain English which helped to put me at ease.

I was contacted after my procedure to check on my wellbeing which was very much appreciated.

I was also provided with contact details should I need to contact anyone after my procedure.

All in all, I would recommend this hospital. Keep up the good work.
