I was nervous about going in to have some spinal injections for pain management. The staff at Crawley Day Surgery unit were fantastic, they kept me informed from start to finish about what was going on. The whole area was very clean, very modern which is always nice. There were NHS focus magazines I think they were called so you could read up on what was going on in the trust I thought that was good.

The friendliness of the staff I think was the main positive, you could talk to all of them, male or female and they were all extremely helpful and always cheery. Let's face it when you're worried about having something done this is a bonus.

It's a shame that more of the facilities at this hospital are not used, I think if I had the opportunity of choosing Crawley or East Surrey definitely Crawley hands down. Overall made a worrying procedure much more endurable just because of the staff.
