What I liked

As in inpatient to the MAU ward, I cannot praise the staff highly enough, especially the Nurses and Health Care Assistants who were professional, friendly, but above all reassuring. Outstanding.

What could be improved

The fabric of the building looks a bit tatty in places, it almost gives the air of the hospital being run down.

I have forwarded these to the Clinical Matron, who will share your information with all the staff on the Medical Assessment Unit. Additionally, I shall send your thoughts regarding the appearance of the building to the planning Department for their consideration.
