What I liked

I cant fault anything really, all members of staff were very kind and understanding in spite of being very busy,everywhere was very clean and tidy,i was very much at ease by the time i reached the operating theatre and i would say this was due to the nice relaxed and friendly attitude of the staff who cared for me both before and after my 'op'. Well done to them all, they do a brilliant job.

What could be improved

I wonder why so many leaflets have to be given out,i found i was reading several seperate leaflets for stockings,anti bacterial soap etc; perhaps these general things could be condensed into one pamphlet thus saving paper and money? just a thought.
