"I am disgusted in the parking staff!"

About: King's Mill Hospital

After going to kings mill earlier tonight I am absolutely disgusted in the way how I have been spoken to by the night staff security guard!

After running my daughter in the hospital I was going straight outside to move my Car from the drop off area as the night staff spoke to me disgusting whilst their friend laughed.

I could understand if I had left my car there over than a couple of minutes but I wasn't, straight in straight out! There were two other cars that were next to mine but they just left those!

I am training to be a paramedic & currently in my placement & I now for sure if I had spoken to one of the public how this person had spoken to me my colleagues would have been totally disgusted.

When my daughter has fallen ill I do not expect that when I go to the hospital!

All the doctors & nurses that treated her was brilliant! So kind & helpful, if the staff inside can be so polite why do they have rude people outside to talk like that! I am so mad that this person has got away with speaking to me like that! The parking is called drop off for a reason...

Dear reviewer,

Thank you very much for your comments, and for taking the time to post your review.

We are really pleased to hear how well you were recently cared for by our A&E staff at King's Mill Hospital and this has been shared with the staff involved in your care. Our staff work hard to ensure that patients feel well cared for and supported, and will get a boost from your feedback.

We are, however, concerned about your experience with our parking staff at King's Mill Hospital, and we would like to look into the matter to investigate your concerns further. If you are happy for us to do so, please contact PET@sfh-tr.nhs.uk or telephone 01623 672222.

Kind regards,

Sherwood Forest Hospitals.
