"A good example of our NHS"

Had day surgery today and upon arrival was greeted politely from a nurse with a warm welcome. I was seen promptly and didn't have to wait long before being seen by several specialists. All were polite, treated me with dignity and gave me a full and precise explanation of what I could expect during the surgery.

After surgery I was well cared for and looked after by everyone, I was fully informed and kept up to date with my progress. All my questions were answered promptly and in full.

All areas in the ward were clean and tidy. Toilets well stocked and spotless. All nurses/staff were observed following hygiene regulations which encouraged other service users and visitors.

I couldn't find fault with the hospital during my visit and I thank them for the care they gave me.
