"This is an excellent service"

I had an infection in my thumb, which sounds insignificant but was extremely painful - to the extent that it had made it difficult to sleep for several nights. I knew that it had reached the stage when it could be treated but could not get an appointment with my GP so went to St Charles. I was assessed quickly and treated pretty soon after that - I was there for an hour in total. All the staff were helpful and pleasant and the treatment was very efficient and appropriate.

This is a valuable and excellent service.
