"Fantastic service"

I had a minor injury, which needed treatment in A&E and with further appointments. The A&E staff were superb from checking in to leaving, they were gracious, humerous and friendly, and treated me with respect even when I questioned myself if I should really be there when they were busy dealing with far more serious injuries. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed and in this day and age, I believe they deserve some recognition for their outstanding service!
