"Hippo's Assessment Unit (Children's)"

My young daughter required medical attention at QEH recently and the staff within the Hippo's Assessment Unit were nothing short of amazing. We attended on three consecutive days, at each visit - the nurses (two in particular), as well as the doctors (specifically one) and the Registrars were both professional and personable.

They made it less 'painful' in terms of the time we spent in the unit, by making sure we were kept informed throughout. Such diligent NHS staff deserve praise. Thank you.
