(as the patient),

I attended the female Daycare Unit today and I just wanted to register my gratitude for the excellent care and attention I received from the staff there. All of the staff who dealt with me were professional, warm, friendly, caring and very reassuring.

As I recovered from my minor op with a lovely hot cup of tea and biscuits I just felt so grateful that I was able to experience this level of care and service from the NHS. Definitely 10/10 - thank you.
