"My Emergency Experience"

By midnight on Wed 7 Jan 2010 I had not passed any urine for 7 hrs and was really in pain, wanting to go but couldn't.

I arrived at the A&E dept of Chelsea and Westminster Hospital and within 15 minutes I was in a cubicle, on a bed and having a Catheta fitted.

The relief was almost instant. Not too long and the Doctor appeared to talk with me regarding my problem and to give me a detailed examination.

Very clear instructions were given to me regarding the likely reasons for the problem. Blood was taken and checked immediately. Medicine was obtained within a very short time.

I cannot thank the team enough for what they did for me and I can't imagine how it could be improved upon.
