What I liked

The nurses and support staff tried hard to make me feel comfterble and the staff that served beverages are brilliant at there job. There friendly and don't treat you like you don't matter! They should be paid more and also rewared for there hard work and friendlyness.

What could be improved

Communication between the DRS most of all and communication of all staff!!! Nurse's attittudes towards paitents and staff that are in a lower job positionon need to be drasticaly improved. I had many bad exsperiences on the assessment ward for chest pain!!!

Anything else?

Support staff should make shure all paitents have a choies of there food they eat and not to forget to feed paitients in private rooms!!!
